Privacy policy

Scepter Digital is a Microsoft Advertising and TikTok consultancy based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This privacy policy explains what data we collect through scepter.digital, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the GDPR.

Contact form. When you submit the contact or coupon request form we receive the fields you fill in (name, email, company, message, and any platform specific details). We use this information solely to respond to your request and, if it leads to a working relationship, to provide the service you asked about.

Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site. The data is aggregated and IP addresses are anonymised before storage. If you do not consent, analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to Google.

Server logs. Like any web service we keep short lived logs (IP address, timestamp, request path, user agent) for spam protection and to investigate errors. These are retained for at most 30 days.

Strictly necessary: a small cookie remembers your language choice (NL or EN) and an in-memory rate limit tracks form submissions by IP. These do not require consent and cannot be disabled without breaking the site.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_<id>) are only set after you choose Accept all or enable analytics in the cookie banner. They expire after 13 months. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Contact form data: legitimate interest in answering inbound enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and the performance of any subsequent service contract you enter into with us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Analytics: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Email is processed by Resend (EU region, Ireland) for transactional delivery and Google Workspace for the receiving mailbox. Analytics is processed by Google. Site hosting is on Railway (Amsterdam region). We do not sell or share your data with any third party beyond these providers.

Contact form submissions are kept in the receiving mailbox for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact. Analytics data is retained according to the property settings (currently 14 months). Server logs are kept for at most 30 days.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email info@scepter.digital. We respond within 30 days.

If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days before they take effect.
